SnapWrap (snapwrap.store) makes custom wrapping paper from images you upload. This page explains what we collect, what we send to third-party tools, and what we do with print files. By using the site you agree to this policy.
What we collect
When you make a pattern or request a roll we may collect your name, email, phone, shipping address, order notes, roll size and quantity, and up to five image files (raster or vector). When you use Contact we collect your name, email, and message. The site also receives ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, as logged by the host.
How we use it
We use this information to generate a pattern, take payment, print and ship your roll, answer you, prevent abuse, and keep records of the print agreement you accepted. Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not sell your contact list or your uploads.
Uploads and AI
To build a wrapping-paper tile we may send your images (or a layout made from them) to xAI’s Imagine API to illustrate the pattern, then to Recraft’s image API to make the tile repeat. Photo collage skips Imagine and keeps your files as photos. That processing happens on those providers’ systems under their terms and privacy policies. Do not upload anything you are not willing to have processed by those services. We are not responsible for their handling of data once it leaves our server.
Print files
Generated tiles and print-ready rasters are stored so we can fulfill the order and so a designer can retouch the file if needed. We keep them as long as needed for production, reprints, and dispute handling, then may delete them. We do not treat stored wrap files as a public gallery.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. The host may set cookies needed to run the site or measure basic traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; the studio may still work.
Sharing
We share information with the print shop fulfilling the roll, with shipping carriers if we ship to you, with xAI and Recraft for pattern generation, and with the hosting provider that runs this site. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the shop from fraud or illegal uploads.
Your choices
Email us from the Contact page to ask what we hold on an order, to correct an address, or to ask us to delete a file we are no longer required to keep. We may retain a minimal order record (name, date, SKU, agreement acceptance) for accounting and legal defense.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. Do not upload images of minors in a sexual or exploitative context. We will refuse and may report illegal material.
