Terms of use
Last updated September 5, 2026
These terms govern snapwrap.store and any custom wrapping-paper order you place with SnapWrap. If you do not agree, do not upload files or order a roll. The print agreement you accept before generating a pattern and before paying for a roll is part of these terms.
The service
SnapWrap lets you upload images, generate an AI wrapping-paper preview, and pay for a roll printed with eco-conscious ink. Previews (tile, repeat, gift) are not a guarantee of the finished print. We may change prices, sizes, or the studio without notice.
What you are ordering
You are ordering a custom wrapping-paper roll printed with eco-conscious ink from an AI-generated continuous pattern. The on-screen tile, repeat, and gift views are previews only. They are not a guarantee of the finished roll.
AI pattern — not guaranteed
The continuous sheet is AI-driven. It may not tile perfectly. Motifs, edges, density, and joins can be imperfect. A designer will do their best to refine the file on the back end before print. That refinement is a courtesy, not a promise. We do not guarantee a perfect seamless repeat, an exact match to your uploads, or a match to the preview.
Color, screens, and print
Color on your phone or monitor will not match the printed roll exactly. Screens use light; eco-conscious ink sits on paper. Expect color shift, density change, and slight variation from what you see here. Lighting, calibration, paper stock, ink lot, temperature, and humidity all affect the result. We are not responsible for color variation between screen and print, between rolls, or within a roll. Slight variances in color, contrast, saturation, sharpness, and scale are normal and are not defects.
Size, trim, and material
Roll width, length, and trim can vary slightly from the listed size. Media, coating, and winding can introduce small differences. These are ordinary print-production variances. We are not responsible for them.
Your uploads — rights and likenesses
You represent that you own every file you upload, or that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed for us to copy, modify, generate a pattern from, and print those files. Do not upload photos or likenesses of other people unless you own the image or have the legal right to use that likeness for custom printed goods. Do not upload trademarks, logos, characters, or artwork you do not have the right to reproduce. You are solely responsible for what you upload. SnapWrap and the printer are not responsible for the content of your files or for any claim that your wrap infringes someone else’s rights. You will defend and hold us harmless against those claims.
What we will not print
We will not print pornography, sexually explicit material, or anything we reasonably consider inappropriate, hateful, threatening, or illegal — including content that exploits minors, incites violence, or violates law. We may refuse, cancel, or destroy an order for any of these reasons. We are not obligated to print a file that fails this standard, and we are not responsible for delay or refusal on that basis.
Payment
You pay when you request the roll. Payment is processed by PayPal. A paid order is a request to print, not a promise of a perfect pattern. If the file looks wrong, SnapWrap will reach out to you. We do not send a customer proof or ask you to approve a proof before print. Refused or cancelled work may be refunded at our option.
Printer’s limits
Printing involves physical materials and machines. We are not liable for how the wrap is used, for gifts it covers, for resale claims, or for consequential, incidental, or special damages. Our responsibility, if any, is limited to reprinting the roll or refunding the print charge for that roll, at our option, and only for a manufacturing defect we agree is present — not for AI pattern quality, color shift, or content you supplied.
Orders and payment
You pay when you request the roll, through PayPal. Payment is a request to print, not a promise of a perfect pattern. There is no customer proof to approve. If the file looks wrong, SnapWrap will reach out. We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order as described in the print agreement.
Accounts and site use
You may not scrape the studio, overload the pattern pipeline, reverse engineer the site, or use it to generate content we refuse to print. We may suspend access if we believe the terms are being broken.
Intellectual property
The SnapWrap name, logo, and site design are ours. Your uploads stay yours, subject to the license you grant us to process, retouch, and print them for your order. The AI tile is a work made for your order; we may keep production copies. You do not get a license to our software or to xAI’s or Recraft’s models.
Privacy
Our Privacy page describes how we handle personal data and uploads, including processing by xAI Imagine and Recraft.
No warranties
The site and the AI preview are provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free generation, or that a pattern will match a mental picture of the wrap. Print is a physical process with ordinary variance as described above.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms for new uploads and orders.
